An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of Trinity was duly convened and held in the Parish Hall on Thursday 29^th September 2022 at 7 pm for the following business:

1. to elect one Vingtenier for the Vingtaine of Rozel, there being a vacancy caused by the promotion of the previous officeholder to the role of Centenier; and

2. to elect one Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine of Ville A L’Eveque, there being a vacancy.

An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of Trinity was duly convened and held in the Parish Hall on Thursday 1^st March 2022 at 7.30 pm to elect one Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine of Rondin.

An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of Trinity was duly convened and held in the Parish Hall on Thursday 9^th December 2021 at 7.30 pm to elect a member of the Assessment Committee to serve for three years from 1st January 2022, a current member having resigned with effect on 31st December 2021.

An Assembly was duly convened and held for the following business: to consider applications from Trinity En Route and Lisa Silbernag for recommendation to the Assembly of Governor, Bailiff and Jurats for the year 2021; to elect three Principals to act as Members of the Roads Committee for a three-year term; to discuss and, if agreed, approve a short-term loan up to a maximum of £100,000 by the Parish to the Trinity Youth Centre Trust; to discuss and, if agreed, approve of the Trinity Youth Centre Trust using the Parish Hall for its usual business during the duration of the refurbishment works without charge.

An Assembly was duly convened and held for the following business: to authorise the Connétable and the Procureurs du Bien Public to enter into a contract on behalf of the Parish regarding the transfer of legal ownership of Number XX Le Grand Clos from joint ownership to sole ownership; to authorise the Connétable and the Procureurs du Bien Public to enter into any future contracts on behalf of the Parish regarding any property in Le Grand Clos as they consider appropriate.

An Assembly was duly convened and held for the following business: to elect one member of the Assessment Committee to serve for three years from 1st January 2021; to elect three Principals to act as Members of the Roads Committee for a three-year term; elect two Roads Inspectors for each of the five Vingtaines of the Parish for a three-year term.

Simon Charles Boas was elected as Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine of Rozel. Aurelie Boas was elected as Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine of Croiserie.

An Assembly was duly convened and held to consider, and if agreed, to request the Minister for Infrastructure to reduce the maximum speed limit to 20 mph on the following roads within the Parish, as recommended by the Roads Committee to create safer walking and cycling routes to Trinity School: Rue du Travers, the northern section of La Verte Rue north of the junction with Rue du Travers, Rue du Carrefour, La Rue du Mont Pellier and Les Ruelles.

An Assembly was duly convened and held to: elect two Constable’s Officers for the Vingtaine of Rondin; consider an application from GOSH Wholesale Limited for recommendation to the Assembly of Governor, Bailiff and Jurats for the year 2020.

Joao Virgilio Spinola Dias was elected as Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine of Augres.

Stephen Alfred de Louche was elected as Vingtenier for the Vingtaine of Rozel. Elizabeth Ann Fenlon was elected as Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine of Ville a l’Eveque.

Christopher Bray was re-elected as Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine of Rozel for a fourth term. Jenny Ozouf was elected as Vingtenier for the Vingtaine of Ville a l’Eveque. Alison Keogh was elected as Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine of Augres.

An Assembly was duly convened and held to: consider the application from Trinity Arms for recommendation to the Assembly of Governor, Bailiff and Jurats for the year 2019; consider the transfer of the 6th category licence for Harpers Catering from St Peter to the RJA&HS; elect two members of the Assessment Committee to serve for three years from 1st January 2020.

An Assembly was duly convened and held to: elect one Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine of Ville a l’Eveque; elect one Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine of Croiserie; to agree a budget for the expenses associated with Parish celebrations for Liberation 75 in 2020; to agree a budget for Parish in Bloom expenses for 2020.

An Assembly was duly convened and held to: consider the application from Trinity Village Stores for recommendation to the Assembly of Governor, Bailiff and Jurats for the year 2019; agree to the naming of the new parish path recently constructed in field 242 linking the Parish Hall with Le Grand Clos; to record the award of a bar for the Long and Meritorious Service Medal awarded to former Centenier Norman Edward Le Maistre.

An Assembly was duly convened and held to: elect a Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine of Rondin; elect a Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine of Rozel; elect a Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine of Ville a l’Eveque; appoint a Registrar for the Parish of Trinity; authorize the Connétable and Procureurs to attend the Royal Court to enter into a sublease with the JMC&LCC for use of part of the shed at Les Charrieres du Boulay (by the Trinity Battle of Flowers Association) at an annual rent of £1.00.
