Electoral Assembly 11th November 2026

A nomination meeting will be held at 7:00pm on Wednesday 11^th November 2026 at Trinity Parish Hall to:

• receive and, if deemed appropriate, approve the minutes of the Electoral Assembly held on Wednesday 4^th February 2026; and
• elect one Centenier for a 3 year term of office expiring December 2029.

All electors are welcome to attend.

A nomination form for each candidate for election must be produced to the meeting and must be completed by a proposer and 9 seconders who are electors in the Parish.

If there is more than one candidate for the vacancy, a poll with be held on Wednesday 9^th December 2026. 

If there is not more than one candidate for the vacancy, any duly nominated candidate will be declared elected at the nomination meeting.

To vote in this election you must have registered by midday on Tuesday 10^th November 2026.

Copies of the previous minutes to be approved will be available in draft from the Parish Hall, during office hours, from 9am on Monday 9^th November 2026, and immediately prior to the Assembly on Wednesday 11^th November 2026.
