Main Parish Assembly – 10th July 2025 at 7pm
AN ASSEMBLY of the PRINCIPALS and ELECTORS of the Parish of Trinity will be held in the Parish Hall on Thursday 10th July 2025 at 7pm for the following business:-
- To receive and, if deemed advisable, adopt the Minutes of the Parish Assembly held on 11th July 2024.
- To receive an update on the legal costs incurred by the Parish in relation to the Clameur de Haro inappropriately raised by a parishioner in 2023.
- To receive the Accounts of the Connétable for the Financial Year 2024 – 2025, the said Accounts having been previously verified and approved by the Committee named for that purpose, assisted by a professional accountant.
- To vote a sum of money towards the upkeep of the Parish by-roads for the current year.
- To vote a sum of money towards various Charities.
- To approve a rate that will produce for the Parish, income that is at least sufficient for the presumed requirements for the financial year ending 30th April 2026, as set out in the approved estimates.
- To agree the sum to be transferred to the Church capital projects reserve.
- To agree the sum to be transferred to the Vehicle replacement reserve.
- To re-appoint Alex Picot Chartered Accountants to prepare and audit the Connétable’s Accounts for the Financial Year 2025 – 2026.
- To elect a committee to examine the Connétable’s Accounts for the year 2025 – 2026.
- To consider the following application for recommendation to the Licencing Assembly:

Copies of the previous minutes of the last main Assembly (to be approved) together with the Accounts for 2024 – 2025 will be available in draft from the Parish Hall Office from 9am on Monday 7th July 2025, and immediately prior to the Assembly on Thursday 10th July 2025.
