Parish Assembly – 14th November 2024

An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of Trinity will be held in the Parish Hall on Thursday 14^th November 2024 at 7:00 pm to consider authorising the Connétable and Procureurs to enter into two contracts and one contract of gift, cession and transfer of land (“the transactions”) at La Rue de Haut de l’Orme to formalise the road widening which has taken place at the junction of La Rue de Haut de L’Orme and La Grande Route de St Jean.

The transactions are as follows:

• that the Parish acquire land from the Western limit of the property known as ‘Sunnydale’
• that the Parish acquire land from the South-Western corner of Field T1381
• that the Parish transfer those two pieces of land and the Parish owned junction to the Government of Jersey for the purpose of the road widening and future maintenance, the costs of which will be met by the Government.

It is to be noted that the Parish costs resulting from transactions (a) to (c) above will  be met by the applicant for the planning application which required the road widening.

Copies of the previous minutes to be approved will be available in draft from the Parish Hall, during office hours, from 9am on Monday 11^th November 2024, and immediately prior to the Assembly on Thursday 14^th November 2024.
