Celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee
More events are planned in the Parish to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II’s incredible reign of 75 years.
We have previously mentioned the Three in One Club event on Wednesday 1st June 2022 open to all of the Parish’s Senior Citizens; this is a screening of the Coronation followed by an afternoon cream tea.
We are also having an event on Saturday 4th June 2022, which is giving more than a nod to how Her Majesty is spending her day. She is going to be at the Derby then The Platinum Party at the Palace. Trinity Parishioners, families and friends are invited to join us in a short procession themed “A Day at the Races fit for the Queen”, followed by “The Platinum Picnic in the Paddock”. More information to follow, but in essence we are aiming to create a lot of fun for everyone of all ages in both the lead up to Saturday 4th June and on the day itself from 12 noon to 4.30pm.
